Design of a New System, Procedure, and Methods in Production and Non-Production Processes (CZ.01.1.02/0.0/0.0/20_358/0027778)
The project aims to create a process map showing how each step currently operates. This mapping will be conducted using the “Gemba walk” method, which involves observing work directly at the site and linking it to the company’s back-office systems. The flow of data and information between operations and the internal system will be analyzed. Based on this analysis, a new process map will be created to suggest improvements, along with an operations manual.
Development of the Innovative Grill Zone Platform (CZ.01.1.02/0.0/0.0/21_374/0026706)
The project aims to gain new insights needed for the development of a new product, technology, or service through industrial research and experimental development in cooperation with a partner university.
The project focuses on creating an autonomous and smart barbecue station that meets the demands of the 21st century. The results of this research will lead to innovations at a higher level.
Innovation of the Clearing Trolley (CZ.01.1.02/0.0/0.0/16_045/0010771)
